The Binding Nature Of The Order
Products are ordered from the online store by adding the products to the shopping cart and making a payment on the "Checkout" page of the online store. Our ordering policy allows you to check your order for errors before sending it to us. We encourage you to carefully review your order (quantity, size, colour, buyer’s contact information, etc.) on each page separately presented during the ordering process. You must provide a valid email address and telephone number to place an order in the online store.
An agreement is concluded when the customer completes the order and receives an order confirmation by email. The confirmation email contains information regarding price, possible delivery costs and ordered products, as well as other information required by applicable law.
Prices And Product Information
The valid price is the price found on Keepet website when ordering. All prices include GST according to the tax rate of the product. The tax breakdown is shown at the Checkout and on the order confirmation. All prices are without prejudice and Keepet reserves the right to change prices and to annul / cancel the transaction due to pricing errors.
The product price does not include any payment or delivery costs since the price is determined by the chosen payment and delivery method. Delivery and payment costs are shown in the online store at the Checkout immediately before sending the order and are charged in connection with the payment of the order.
Keepet strives to keep the information on the price and product availability up-to-date and correct in the online store but does not guarantee nor is responsible for the accuracy of the information or the availability of the products. If the price in the online store is clearly incorrect, Keepet reserves the right to terminate the contract. The price is clearly incorrect, at least when it differs significantly from the normal price level of a similar product or when the customer should have understood that there is a pricing error (e.g. if the price is AUD 0.00).
If it turns out that the product ordered by the customer has run out despite contrary information on the product availability, Keepet will immediately notify the customer by using the contact information provided by the customer. If the ordered product is temporarily out of stock, Keepet undertakes to reimburse the product price in full to the customer, and the transaction is considered cancelled for that specific product.
Deliveries And Delivery Pricing
If you are ordering for delivery within the AU, delivery options and related charges will be presented to you as part of the order process. For more information on shipping services and charges please see our Shipping Policy page .
You will receive the order confirmation to your email after the order is completed. In case you do not receive the order confirmation to your given email, please contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. We also recommend to check your Spam mail, Junk mail or Promotion folder; you might find your confirmation email in one of these folders.
Keepet reserves all the rights to change the chosen delivery method (e.g. choose more affordable method of shipment if the selected delivery method is not suitable) or the mode of transport if we see that it improves the service or the chosen delivery method cannot be used for delivery, e.g. due to shipment size, weight or content.
We are not responsible for delays caused by our logistic partners’ delivery disruptions or for changes in delivery or storage times.
The accepted payment methods in Keepet web shop are Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and Afterpay. All our payment methods are fully secure. All personal information (such as payment information, email and address) and payment details are protected by encryption and by an additional authorization process.
Our shopping cart is hosted on a secure (https) server with 256-bit encryption by Shopify (www.shopify.com), a specialist online shopping platform. All of our web pages, content, credit card, and transaction information is protected by the same level of security used by banks.
Right Of Withdrawal, Refund And Exchange
If you change your mind you can cancel your order for an exchange or a refund as long as you meet the conditions set out in our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy which constitutes part of these Conditions of Sale. Please see our full Refunds & Returns page.
Products Damaged During Transport
If the package has been damaged during transport and if the ordered product(s) have been damaged, please make a damage report immediately at the collection point. Contact us by e-mail at email@example.com and we will provide you with a replacement product.
If the customer has been delivered the wrong product, the wrong number of products or the product is damaged,please contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Force Majeure Clause
Keepet is not responsible for any obstruction, impediment or delay in the delivery of the order due to a circumstance beyond Keepet’s control, such as war, natural disaster, export or import ban, government decision, disturbances of public transport or other similar circumstances that hinder or prevent the Company.
