AU Shipping

AU orders placed by 2pm, Monday - Friday are usually dispatched on the same working day.

Our normal working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Australia and our annual office closure over the Christmas and New Year period. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

We primarily utilise Australia Post Network for the majority of our shipments however, we may use Fastway, Parcel Freight Logistics and other couriers from time to time to suit our delivery locations or to accommodate a faster shipping experience for our customers.

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours, If any item ordered is out of stock we will notify you by email as soon as possible to notify you of an estimated re-stocking date before proceeding with your order.

  • Order cutoff time : 2.00 pm every weekday.

While these orders before 2.00 pm will be handed off to our shipping partners (Australia Post, Fastway, Parcel Freight Logistics and more), we cannot guarantee their ability to expedite the shipping process. If you have concerns, please contact Customer Service.

We process all orders within 48 hours of purchase, ensuring you get your products as soon as possible. You will receive your products usually within 2-7 business days of placing your order, it is largely dependent on how fast the courier processes your package.

Taxes & Tariffs

Pleas note that all dutise and taxes are included within the cost of shipping. If you do receive any calls, texts, or emails from customs, please email us with your order number so we can resolve this matter with our shipping team.

Can't Find Your Package?

Not to worry! Most items are found within two days. Here are some things to try.

  • Check that your shipping address is correct.

Let's make sure we shipped to the right place. Current shipping addresses are listed under “Deliver To:” on the My Orders page.

  • Check around your home or with neighbors.

Boxes might be at back doors, behind bushes, etc.

  • Give it 2 days.

Sometimes carriers incorrectly scan packages that are still in transit.

  • Check your mailbox or anywhere else you receive mail.

Carriers deliver differently, especially if the package is small enough to fit inside your mailbox.
